Oil & gas: Kontan Daily quoted corporate secretary of Radiant Utama (RUIS.IJ), Coki Lubis, saying that the company obtained US$35m loan to acquire Mobile Offshore Production Unit (MOPU). The acquisition process will be completed in August 2011.
REMINDER:: AISA::Noodle and rice producer PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk today reported a 299.83% jump in net profit on the back of strong growth in net sales in the first quarter of this year (1Q 2011).
Net profit steeply jumped to Rp23.15 billion or Rp13.84 per share in 1Q 2011 from Rp5.79 billion or Rp3.46 per share in 1Q 2010.
It is true that Tiga Pilar's operating profit rose 141.41% to Rp62.26 billion from Rp25.79 billion. However, operating margin fell to 17.05% from 20.99% as a steep increase in operating expenses to Rp22.90 billion from Rp9.94 billion.
Net sales roared 197.31% to Rp365.21 billion from Rp122.84 billion.

My 12-month target at a discounted model of 11X average p/e ratio is at IDR1,733. Short term target is at IDR900. It is a buy at any levels for mid- and long term investment.
DOID: 1,000-1,120. 2011 FY net profit could rise to exceed IDR600 billion (EPS: IDR89), compared with IDR159 billion in Loss at the end of 2010 due mostly to higher revenue and lower cost of debts. It is now trading at a p/e ratio of 11.5X 2011 earnings, far below its historical average high p/e ratio of 22X and industrial average p/e ratio of 15X. At that average, DOID should be fairly valued at IDR1,335. Post rights issue, DOID financially looks stronger due to lower debts. Best buy is at any levels below IDR1,030.

Fundamentally:
CIMB mempertahankan rating OVERWEIGHT untuk sector consumer dengan top picks pada ASII, GGRM, MYOR masing-masing dengan TP Rp70k, 56.5k, 17.4k. Sepertinya tidak ada kenaikan harga BBM tahun ini sehingga inflasi pada 2H akan terkendali. Dengan GDP outlook yang cerah serta investasi dan konsumsi, seharusnya pengangguran akan turun sementara middle class semakin banyak. Harga bahan baku yang turun juga akan membantu margin.
Adaro Energy will increase the capacity the loading port Kelanis in Central Kalimantan, to 80m per year, from 55m tons per year. This project is estimated to cost US$100m and target to complete in the 2Q12.
