JAKARTA (Dow Jones)--Cellular operator PT Bakrie Telecom (BTEL.JK) plans to make an early redemption on IDR650 billion of bonds that are due September 2012, a person with knowledge of the company's plan told Dow Jones Newswires. "The company is now finalizing a deal for capital injection from a strategic partner to repay the bonds earlier than scheduled," the person, who declined to be named, said. He said that Bakrie Telecom, which is controlled by diversified holding company PT Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR.JK), is in the process of selling a stake of up to 10% to help repay the bonds and expand its data business.
"I expect that the redemption will be completed in the near future," he added.

CLSA OVERWEIGHT ON PTPP
(Review on target price)
Our top pick will be PTPP IJ. This state-owned contractor has consistent
execution, something very rare given the nature of the business where there is a
very low margin for error. Earnings grew year in year out since 2004 (25% CAGR)
to 2010 (consensus another 25% growth 2011 and 2011).
The current revenue mix is about 50% from high rise building construction, 30%
from infrastructure-related projects and 5%+ from engineering, procurement, and
construction (EPC). Around 80% of revenue is derived from government projects.
The company aims to expand margins by shifting focus from building-construction
projects (maximum 10% margin) to more on infrastructure-related projects and
higher valued EPC work (margins as high as 15%). 5% of revenue is recurrent
from power plants investments and expected to increase to 20% by 2015 as their
power pipeline connects to the power .
Being a victim of de-rating in the contractor space, stock is now trading just
over 9x 2012 consensus.
I would be a buyer here as the sector re-rates. Easy 50-60% upside just to
revert to mean historical trading band of 15-16x multiples. Catalyst will be
implementation of the landlaw expected by end of 1Q.
Laba bersih SSIA sedikit dibawah ekspektasi saya dan market consensus.
On quarterly basis, laba bersih SSIA di kuartal 4 turun 48% ke Rp43 milyar dari
Rp84 milyar di kuartal 3 karena menurunnya penjualan.

BEREDAR kabar di pasar, saham PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) tengah diburu fund
manager besar. Ini menyusul mencuatnya kabar perseroan bakal stock split dengan
rasio 1:5. Sejalan dengan itu, saham UNTR bakal dibawa ke level Rp 33 ribu.
Dalam perdagangan kemarin, saham UNTR naik Rp 900 (3,2%) menjadi Rp 28.250.
LCGP Menuju Rp 200?
SEORANG pelaku pasar membisikkan, saham PT Laguna Cipta Griya Tbk (LCGP) bakal
dikerek ke level Rp 200 dalam jangka pendek. Pemicunya, perseroan bakal dual
listing di BEI dan New York Stock Exchange, seiring masuknya investor strategis
asal Amerika Serikat. Investor itu akan memuluskan rencana perseroan masuk ke

PT PERUSAHAAN Gas negara Tbk (PGAS) disebut-sebut bakal membagikan dividen Rp
110 per saham untuk tahun buku 2011. Untuk itu, seorang pelaku pasar menyatakan,
perseroan akan meminta persetujuan menteri BUMN dalam waktu dekat. Saham PGAS
kemarin naik Rp 25 (0,7%) menjadi Rp 3.500

Dow Ends Above 13,000 for First Time Since 2008
Stocks logged a gain Tuesday despite mixed economic reports, with the Dow
finishing above the psychologically-important 13,000 level for the first time
since May 2008, and the S&P closing at its best level in almost four years.
The CBOE Volatility Index, widely considered the best gauge of fear in the
market, ended around 18.
On the economic front, consumer confidence jumped to a one-year high in
February, gaining to 70.8 from an upwardly revised 61.5 in the previous month,
according to the Conference Board.

JAKARTA (Dow Jones)--Cellular operator PT Bakrie Telecom (BTEL.JK) plans to make an early redemption on IDR650 billion of bonds that are due September 2012, a person with knowledge of the company's plan told Dow Jones Newswires. "The company is now finalizing a deal for capital injection from a strategic partner to repay the bonds earlier than scheduled," the person, who declined to be named, said. He said that Bakrie Telecom, which is controlled by diversified holding company PT Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR.JK), is in the process of selling a stake of up to 10% to help repay the bonds and expand its data business.
"I expect that the redemption will be completed in the near future," he added.

CLSA OVERWEIGHT ON PTPP
(Review on target price)
Our top pick will be PTPP IJ. This state-owned contractor has consistent
execution, something very rare given the nature of the business where there is a
very low margin for error. Earnings grew year in year out since 2004 (25% CAGR)
to 2010 (consensus another 25% growth 2011 and 2011).
The current revenue mix is about 50% from high rise building construction, 30%
from infrastructure-related projects and 5%+ from engineering, procurement, and
construction (EPC). Around 80% of revenue is derived from government projects.
The company aims to expand margins by shifting focus from building-construction
projects (maximum 10% margin) to more on infrastructure-related projects and
higher valued EPC work (margins as high as 15%). 5% of revenue is recurrent
from power plants investments and expected to increase to 20% by 2015 as their
power pipeline connects to the power .
Being a victim of de-rating in the contractor space, stock is now trading just
over 9x 2012 consensus.
I would be a buyer here as the sector re-rates. Easy 50-60% upside just to
revert to mean historical trading band of 15-16x multiples. Catalyst will be
implementation of the landlaw expected by end of 1Q.
Laba bersih SSIA sedikit dibawah ekspektasi saya dan market consensus.
On quarterly basis, laba bersih SSIA di kuartal 4 turun 48% ke Rp43 milyar dari
Rp84 milyar di kuartal 3 karena menurunnya penjualan.

BEREDAR kabar di pasar, saham PT United Tractors Tbk (UNTR) tengah diburu fund
manager besar. Ini menyusul mencuatnya kabar perseroan bakal stock split dengan
rasio 1:5. Sejalan dengan itu, saham UNTR bakal dibawa ke level Rp 33 ribu.
Dalam perdagangan kemarin, saham UNTR naik Rp 900 (3,2%) menjadi Rp 28.250.

SEORANG pelaku pasar membisikkan, saham PT Laguna Cipta Griya Tbk (LCGP) bakal

Dow Ends Above 13,000 for First Time Since 2008
Stocks logged a gain Tuesday despite mixed economic reports, with the Dow
finishing above the psychologically-important 13,000 level for the first time
since May 2008, and the S&P closing at its best level in almost four years.
The CBOE Volatility Index, widely considered the best gauge of fear in the
market, ended around 18.
On the economic front, consumer confidence jumped to a one-year high in
February, gaining to 70.8 from an upwardly revised 61.5 in the previous month,
according to the Conference Board.
