Perusahaan Gas Negara: Buy; Rp3,200; Price Target : Rp4,150; PGAS IJ BP Migas continue to pressure on gas prices re-negotiation BP Migas continue pressure PGAS to renegotiate gas prices with their upstream suppliers (KKKS) to be in line with the current economic value. According to Rudi Rubiandini Director of operation control, the analysis of BP Migas indicates the current economic value at US$6 per mmbtu for pipe gas and US$11 per mmbtu for LNG. The purchase price for a number of PGN gas from KKKS are currently still below US$ 6 per mmbtu and a few are left for renegotiations. BP Migas believes that increase in average gas prices to US$ 8.04 per mmbtu will raise contribution to government income from US$ 28.7bn to US$ 29.5bn. (DBS Vickers)

From CLSA::: Dee has 4200 JCI Index target for this year, suggesting 10% upside. Going into 2012, we have Overweight recommendations on banks, consumer, infrastructure, and media, while we are Underweight CPO and coal. Cement and property (we are in the middle of a property boom here and property stocks have not reflected this), and the high beta construction plays (WIKA, PTPP, ADHI, and JKON) are also set to benefit from Land Bill and investment cycle. Upgrade to Buy on valuations; TP unchanged at Rp5,000. BDMN is currently trading at 1.4x FY12 BV, the lower end of sector average of 2.2x BV (ex-BBCA). BDMN has underperformed its peers in the last three months. In the near term, BDMN should benefit from BI’s 75bps rate cut, and may be re-rated if it successfully builds up its deposit franchise, which it its main objective from now on.
