ASIA: Boom or BubbleAsia continues to be a vibrant economic hub with changes in monetary policy, a real estate boom, a voracious appetite for commodities and a record number of IPOs. At the center of this activity are enormous sovereign wealth funds, new private wealth and established investment houses resulting in a magnetic market for investors. The hedge fund business had gone through dramatic change precipitated by the global financial crisis.
